Kylie Jenner’s status as a billionaire has been put into question time and again. One thing about her wealth that can’t be debunked though is the impressive way she built it even when she was just a teenager.
For starters, she was only 17 years old when she bought her first home for a reported $2.7 million. Now, the same house is back on the real estate market.
Starter Home
The five-bedroom residence located in Calabasas, California is currently listed for $3.59 million by The Agency’s Jay Ravnikar and April Lopez.
To make things clear, Jenner has already let go of the home after she sold it in 2017 for $3.15 million. The beauty mogul moved on to a larger and pricier new home just a year before parting with her starter home.
The Calabasas residence spans 4,851 square feet and is described to be specially designed to accommodate both ‘intimate moments’ and ‘grand-scale entertaining’.
Tuscan-Inspired
The property, which is Tuscan-inspired, boasts of expansive outdoor living spaces complete with a swimming pool and lounge area.
Going inside, the interiors feature a modern design. Some of its most notable features are a modern kitchen with French doors and an open concept dining room.
The master bedroom, which is located upstairs, has its own sitting area and an entire walk-in closet just for shoes. Who’s betting Jenner really enjoyed this feature?
Matching the extravagance of the bedroom is the monochromatic bathroom donned in black design elements with pops of gold.
Reports also say that Jenner had an ‘optional’ sixth room converted into a room dedicated to glamming up. That said, the space was decked out in mirrored walls, a lighted vanity, and some custom-made drawers.
Kylie’s Impressive Portfolio
People her age could only dream of being able to afford such a wonderful home. Jenner has moved past this ‘starter home’ phase looking at her most recent purchases.
Around the time she gave birth to her first daughter Stormi in 2018, she purchased a $13.5 million mansion with her then-boyfriend Travis Scott, who is also her child’s father.
Her priciest purchase to date though maybe her new Holmby Hills residence, which she reportedly spent $36.5 million on. Even better, she got the newly-built estate for a good discount as it was actually first listed for $55 million.
